Along the Road of Flavours and Festivals:
Every area offers its precious liquids: Docg and Doc production for Chianti wine and Vin Santo from Arezzo, the Doc of S. Gimignano (the same Vernaccia [dry white wine] mentioned by Dante in his Divine Comedy), the sublime Brunello of Montalcino and the Nobile from Montepulciano. The DOC wines of Orcia, Montecucco and Monteregio (the latter two from the hills overlooking Grosseto), together with the red wines of Torgiano, Montefalco and the white Orvieto Classico are not the last on the ever growing list: just try one and you will want to add yet another to it.
CUISINE and LOCAL PRODUCE
In Tuscany these two terms are all one, and both the quality and the original flavours of the food have remained unchanged over the centuries.
